You can complete your clusters using the RETS eCampus.  If at any time you need help you can contact your trainer/assessor through the RETS eCampus or you can email or call for additional help.

If you are applying for RPL RETS will organise an assessor to contact you to assist you in completing your RPL assessment. Any full units you need to complete will be accessible in the RETS eCampus.

Fair Trading NSW requires that Strata Assistant Agents complete at least 3 Units of Competency annually, for the 4 years from obtaining their Assistant Agents Certificate of Registration and that agents have progressed to the Class 2 Licence CPP40521 Certificate IV in Strata Community Management (or CPP40516 Certificate IV in Strata Community Management) by the end of the 4th renewal year ( You can complete the course over a 12 month period OR you can complete it in clusters over 4 years (you have 12 months to complete each cluster).

If you have completed different clusters previously and are not sure which you should enrol in please contact our office. You may also be eligible for RPL for units completed previously.

You will have 12 months to complete each cluster. If you don't complete within the 12 months, students can purchase monthly extensions up to 6 months at $110 (incl GST)  per month.

Remember: it is your responsibility to complete your CPP40521 Certificate IV in Strata Community Management in line with NSW FT requirements. You only have 4 years to complete the full CPP40521 Certificate IV in Strata Community Management  once you have registered to become an Assistant Agent.

Each three unit cluster is $375

Your assessor will mark your assessments and provide feedback, online,  as you go. There is a maximum 7 to 10 day turn around for all marking. Our assessors try to assess your work faster than this and you may find your work is being assessed every few days.

RETS has a Student Support team that you can contact via the RET eCampus, via email or on the phone. You can also organise to speak to a Trainer/Assessor to assist with your learning if required.

For any unit clusters  successfully completed you will receive a Statement of Attainment.
